PERSONAL COLLECTION

Under certain conditions, which the HDWC adheres to, we can bring personal wine to the Desert Highlands Clubhouse to enjoy with a meal when there are at least seven HDWC members present, and the night is not restricted by Desert Highlands due to a special event.

It’s important to note that when bringing wine to one of our designated HDWC dinners, Members must comply with the following guidelines:

Deliver Two Bottles of Wine to the Clubhouse in Advance;

Drop off your two bottles of wine at the Clubhouse by 2pm the day of the dinner. Bring one bottle to share at the tasting, and a second       bottle for dinner. Be certain to label each bottle with your name, and note which bottle is tasting versus dinner, and indicate if you wish to have the wine decanted or chilled.

However, under typical dining circumstances, feel free to bring your wine with you at your appointed reservation time. Leave your wine with the hostess prior to proceeding to your table. However, if you prefer to take your wine to the Clubhouse for early decanting or convenience, you may leave your wine with the receptionist at the Concierge desk.

Members dining in the Ventana, Jack’s Ladera, Jack’s Patio, Jack’s Bar and Jack’s Backyard are permitted to bring wine.

Please be aware that wines of a specific producer/vintage appearing on the Desert Highlands wine list are not permitted to be brought into the Clubhouse. Please see the Desert Highlands website to view the current wine list.

You will receive an email from hdwc@highdesertwineclub.org to alert that you are permitted to bring wine. Add HDWC to your contacts to ensure emails do not go to spam.
